Dear tech bloggers,
Please stop migrating your content to private email lists.
Creating a private subscription-based email distribution list reeks of conceit at best and douchebaggery at worst.
You are not Stephen fucking King.
If your thoughts and words are good, share them. Make them discoverable. Expose your ideas to people around the globe. That’s the beauty of the Internet. Not for you to make $3. Besides, is that really the price tag you put on your thoughts? If your content is really that good, let it free. You will reap the rewards many times over.

I think this problem will solve itself. I’ll pay for a lot, but I won’t pay for content without knowing what it is and how good it is. There’s no good demo or preview of any of these letter.ly “blogs”, so how am I supposed to know what I’m buying?
